Do I have to pay to switch?

What do I do during a blackout?
Call your distribution utility (CenterPoint, Oncor, etc.). Velcor manages the electric plan, not the physical line.

How do I see my bill?
We send you the monthly bill. In Velcor you'll see the all-inclusive breakdown (energy + TDU + base charge) required by the PUCT — no fine print.
